Maurine Gilmore has worked with Doug Hill for over 20 years. Maurine oversees logistics and operations for our farming businesses managing a wide array of responsibilities including accounting, hiring and human resources, scheduling of crews and picks, grape contracts, and more. Maurine's career in vineyard management started in the fields, giving her an end to end insight on farming operations.
A native of Point Arena on the North Coast, Maurine calls Yountville home. When not at work, she can be found hiking Napa's natural wonders, road tripping, and enjoying her children and grandchildren.
Jesse Dewyer is Operations Manager for our farming business.
Born and raised in Michigan, the US Navy brought him to Northern California where he has resided since 1994. Jesse has a degree in accounting from Golden Gate University, and a degree in viticulture from Napa Valley College.
Jesse (photographed with his dog, Scout) has worked with Doug since 2006. Previously he worked in public accounting, construction management, and vineyard management. When Jesse is not working, he is fishing, abalone driving, traveling or spending time with his wife Beth, and daughter, Larkin.
Christie Friday manages accounting for both Hill Family Estate and Doug's farm companies. She has over 25 years of experience in the wine business, with her first job in the industry on the bottling line during college. Once she graduated from Sonoma State University, she realized the financial aspect of the wine business was where she wanted to be.
She currently resides in Napa with her three boys, Joshua, Elijah and Gabriel..
Leslie Caccamese serves as Farm Labor Contractor and Assistant Vineyard Manager for Oak Knoll Farming, combining her years of corporate management experience with her love of farming. Leslie oversees OKF's safety and compliance programs, and helps Doug Hill manage his personal vineyard properties.
Born and raised in New Jersey and educated at Vassar & Brown, Leslie's favorite days are the ones she spends working in the California sunshine,
Trevor Del Bondio
TTrevor is the fourth generation of the DelBondio family to farm in Napa. He came to work for Doug Hill in 2012 and has worked his way up to a position as an Assistant Vineyard Manager. Trevor's work family benefits from generations of industry experience by the DelBondio family; he's worked in vineyards for nearly as long as he could walk. When not in the field with Ruxel, Trevor can be found hunting, gardening, and hot rodding.
Born and raised in Ohio, Stephanie stumbled into the wine industry while living in Colorado. After 6 years in pharmaceuticals she helped with her first crush from Grand Junction grapes in Boulder, Colorado. Two years and two vintages later she packed her bags and started working harvests in both New Zealand and California. With a degree in biology and six harvests under her belt, the vineyard is her home now. She works with Doug as an Assistant Vineyard Manager and Viticulturist, all the while learning through hands-on and UC Davis Extension courses.
In her free time, she enjoys going up and in mountains via rock climbing, hiking, caving, and most other nature-based pleasures.
